PROGRAM MANAGER THE CARE WWF ALLIANCE
The Care WWF Alliance Is seeking the competent and motivated CARE – WWF Alliance Programme Manager office in Tanzania based in Dar es Salaam
MAIN TASK
Under the direction of the CARE – Tanzania and WWF – Tanzania Country Director and working closely with the Tanzania Alliance Country Team global alliance team and WWF Practice and CARE technical groups and external partners in the public civil society and private sector the core responsibilities fo the programme manager are as follows
STRETGY DEVELOPMENT
· To provide leadership in the development of the a alliance programme and ensure alignment between country and global teams
REPRESENTATIONS
· REPRESENT T the alliance in events to the alliance programme organized by the government of Tanzania donor organizations community leaders private sectors, companies the esearch community national civil society and counterpart/NGO representatives as needed and participate in local district and international meetings as required
PROGRAMME AND ADMINSTRATIONS MANAGER
· develop project concepts, implement alliance management procedures oversees timely preparations executions of budget and work plans , manage controls contract and ensure timely highly quality to donors and alliance senior management according to procedure and timelines established
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 15 years of experience and demonstrated success in engaging in mult-stakeholder process that includes a diverse and large number of stake holder across developing partnership including with the private sector promoting an inclusive green growth agenda managing projects and working with diverse teams
· Minimum qualifications of masters degree in a relevant discipline
· Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience including programme management
· Proven experience in dressing inclusive
· Proven high level writing and analytical skills in English
· Advanced oral communications skills and ability engaged political stakeholders and donors research and policy institutions
· Ability to work as self-starter and part of a global team
· Experience in understanding of Tanzania agriculture and natural resources issues
· Experience in programe design resources mobilizations working with multiple partners and facilitating a network approach
