-Ensure effective and efficient coordination of quality functions to meet and deliver volume target by due dates
-Ensure the continuous improvement ,communication, and employee relationships
-Prepare reports to account for the factory monthly quality performance
-Driving factory quality Management sytem( QMS)
-Other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time
