Position Overview: The DREAMS (Determined, Resilient. Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored and Sate) Initiative is an ambitious program to reduce RIV infection among adolescent girls and young women in H I V priority areas. In FY17, under USAID Kizazi Kipya, Pact will implement the PEPFAR supported DREAMS Initiative in three councils, including Tenieke MC. Pact, through CSOs, will work with in-school girls age 10-14 by providing educational subsides and will work with teachers to provide sexual reproductive health education to n-school DREAMS girls age 10-14. Pact also will provide scholarships for recognized vocational training programs, collaborating oioseiy with Vocational Educational and Training Authority (VETA) for out of school girls age 15-19.
