1. Supervise and coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers and continually monitor the production process to ensure achievement of production targets. % OEE
2. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations to ensure achievement of production and quality targets. % Output rate

3. Check and monitor availability of packing material & consumable items to ensure continuous production. % Output rate
4. Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs to ensure that there is no non conformance. Zero Non-conformance
5. Manage the performance of subordinates to ensure that all employees meet their performance objectives. PMS
6. Oversee and implement training, coaching and development of subordinates to ensure a highly skilled and well trained workforce. Training hours

7. Check and control standard weight and process parameters of all running products to ensure maximum machine output with minimized rejection. Quality rate 100%
