M&P Exploration Production Tanzania Limited is locally registered company dealing with exploration and production oil and gas. The company is looking for a skilled HR manager TO OVERSEES ALL ASPECTS OF Human Resources practices process
JOB DESCRITPIONS
- Manages the HR functions as per requirements of TANZANIA LABOUR LAWS
- Developed and implements training and development programs as per company policies
- Supports and manages disciplinary and grievance issues in collaboration with management
- Assist performance monitoring and management process
- Prepare job descriptions, posts, adverts, in the newspaper and the recommendations employments opportunities management
- Provides cancelling on policies and procedure
- Act as liaison between the company and extra professional bodies to ensure that all employment policies aligned with the current legal frame work
- Maintains, prepare, updates and recommends human resources policies and procedure
- Deals with employee’s contract
- Ensure that employee’s records and information’s are maintained in staff lines
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors/master’s degree in social science, law or business administrations
- Understanding of state labor laws and disciplinary procedure (COMPULSORY)
- mature and ability to related well with others in discretionary manner
- ready to work un supervised and in multiracial environment
- excellent communication and strong computer knowledge
