- University degree in human resource or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resource officer post.
- Tanzanian
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of ms office and emails
- Ability to negotiate, advocate and influence effectively at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and networks quickly.
- Ability to handle sensitive people issues with tact and diplomacy.
