Job Description:
To work as Supervisor a team in the tracking call center and function as a vehicle tracking operator.
Responsible for monitoring and recording truck location and status.
Communicate any issue that prevents the efficient transit to
Management, Operations & support staff.
Qualifications and Experience :
A minimum of Diploma in any relevant discipline and/or equivalent vocational. Experience in Transport / Logistics
service support is a must, at least 3 years in managing tracking teams. Fluent English and Kiswahili. IT Literacy is a must.
