  • Failure to be trainable in new technologies as introduced in operation.
  • Shift programs where the incumbent works during odd hours and also during weekends and public holidays.
  • Complex interplay of several departments with large workforce.
  • Working under dusty, cold, at times rainy and noisy environments.
  • Constant training of non-technical staff.
