- Failure to be trainable in new technologies as introduced in operation.
- Shift programs where the incumbent works during odd hours and also during weekends and public holidays.
- Complex interplay of several departments with large workforce.
- Working under dusty, cold, at times rainy and noisy environments.
- Constant training of non-technical staff.
