TELESECURITY COMPANY LIMITED is among the leading Local Security Company, established in the early 2002, The company is based in Dar es salaam with Operational Branches in more than Fifteen regions in Tanzania including Dodoma, Mwanza, Kilimanjaro, Morogoro, Mtwara, Shinyanga, Kigoma, Tanga, Lushoto, Arusha, Tabora, Singida, Iringa, Mbeya, Njombe and Zanzibar. The company has a vast experience in Physical security, Electronic security and other security services like Canine unit (KU), Money Escort, fire alarms, Electronic fence, Electronic gates, CCTV camera installation and monitoring as well as Intruder alarm and Car track systems.
In order to strengthen its operations the company is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customerprospects.
Position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to: MARKETING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Debt Collections from the Customers who has a direct relationship with a SRO
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Undertake individual tasks of sales plan and targets as assigned
- Any other task as directed by your Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma, Advance Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Driving License (Motorcycle & Vehicle) can be added advantag
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing. The experience in Private Security Industry can be an added advantage.
