Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC) through CDC/PEPFAR, Immunization and Vaccine Development Program (IVD) and Global Fund Grants, are looking for enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals whom will work under contractual agreement to fill the following vacant positions:-
NATIONAL AIDS CONTROL PROGRAM (NACP)
2. JOB TITLE: DATA TECHNICIAN (1 POSITION)
Location: Dodoma
Reporting to: Head Strategic Information Unit, NACP
Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Check the reporting rate summary and validate data entered from the districts into DHIS-2 for NACP Care and treatment, sexual transmission infection and KVP data, HTC (Provider Initiated Testing, Voluntary Counselling and Testing,home based Community Testing)
ii. Provide feedback to Data Manager on observed outlier/discrepancy from the DHIS-2 database, in order to make follow up.
Experience and Qualifications:
i. Certificate in computer applications or Medical Records or related discipline.
ii. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
iii. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
iv. At least two years working experience in data entry.
v. Strong communication including proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages
vi. Age limit: 50 years
Terms of Employment: 3 months Contract (Renewable based on Performance and availability of funds)

ix. Presentation of forged certificates and other information will necessitate to legal action.
