Job Title: Digital Products Manager

Develop a usage and adoption strategy for the mobile products 
Analyse customer behaviour patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increasing revenue and churn forecasting. 
 
Develop strategies to maximise growth and revenue and budgets to support the plans. 
Agree activities with the Marketing Manager to enhance usage of the digital channels and develop key milestones to measure progress. 
 
Compile information and customer insights to inform section plans. 
Develop a solutions and products pipeline for the digital channel 
Work with IT & Marketing to ensure implementation of innovative products and solutions 
Liaise with customer services to ensure communication to customers on new products and services 
Managing stakeholders across the business to ensure that customers across the various segments that are using the channels have the right level of relationship managers. Work to create alignment between the business strategy and the partners 
 
Brand visibility, loyalty and Market Awareness 
Work with the Marketing Manager and develop marketing and campaign plans to grow and increase usage and adoption of the digital banking channel. 
Continuously monitor all drivers for the Mobile products and other E-channels revenue including but not limited to product sign up by the customers, query and complaint resolution, product uptime, 
 Drive Channel profitability 
Develop tools and trackers to report and document performance of the mobile products and other alternative channels 
Track and monitor the financial impact of new and existing mobile and other alternative channel services and products and the financial performance, including revenue growth and cost containment in order to curb revenue leakage and increase profitability. 
Monitor usage pattern of customers using intelligence tools like MIS reports; this is done with the aim of advising the business the viability of the products that are rolled out to the public. 
Liaise with partners to support communication to customers on new products and services by providing the product architect, designs and features to be communicated to the rest of the business 
 
Compliance 
Interacting with internal and external bodies such as Risk management, Internal Audit, Legal Services regulations and other industry bodies to ensure compliance of all channels 
 
People Management 
Builds organisational capabilities through evaluating likely future requirements and ensuring that individuals are provided with the best possible development opportunities in line with these. 
Promotes a culture where the valuCes of the Bank are seen to be ‘alive’ 
Monitors and manages the performance and development of staff within the area. This includes regular one-on-one feedback sessions, conducting mid-year and final performance appraisals, as well as the moderation and relative distribution of all appraisals for the team.

JOB ADVERTISEMENT Position Title: Project Manager Reports to: Chief Program Officer Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania D-tree International harnesses the power of mobile technology to improve the quality of healthcare delivery by supporting health workers and their supervisors to provide better care to their clients. D-tree's partnership model focuses on supporting existing health systems and programs by collaborating with governments, funding agencies, and NGOs to support frontline health workers in communities and at health facilities. The starting point of the work is the development and delivery of electronic protocols on mobile devices that guide health workers by prompting them to ask specific questions and take appropriate action. D-tree has been working in Zanzibar since 2010 on projects focused on maternal and child health. In close collaboration with the Zanzibar Ministry of Health, D-tree has trained more than 400 Community Health Volunteers who serve more than 80% of the population as part of the Safer Deliveries program. D-tree is currently scaling up this program throughout all of Zanzibar to support Community Health Volunteers to provide high quality care to pregnant women to encourage facility deliveries and postpartum follow up in order to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. Through the Safer Deliveries program, D-tree is also supporting the Ministry to design and implement an emergency referral system to support effective ambulance coordination for obstetric and neonatal emergencies. Who you are We are seeking a full time Project Manager, based in Stone Town, Zanzibar, to lead our Safer Deliveries program. This is a dynamic and challenging role requiring an individual with experience managing projects, leading and building the capacity of teams, engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who has a passion for using technology and innovation in daily work. You are someone who is just as comfortable developing work plans and schedules as you are learning to use software to configure and adapt mobile applications. Position: Local Governance Analyst Component 1: Implementing Policies for Growth The Local Government Analyst is embedded within ENGINE Program Component 1 and provides support and liaison related to a strengthened business enabling environment resulting from district-level Local Government Authorities’ (LGA) policy, management and administrative review and reform. Background: The Tanzania Enabling Growth through Investment and Enterprise (ENGINE) Program is a four-year USAID-funded Feed the Future program awarded through the Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) that aims to streamline and enhance many of the regulatory, informational, and financial channels that encourage domestic and foreign investment in Zanzibar and the southern agricultural regions of Mbeya, Morogoro, and Iringa. ENGINE is a four-year, $20 million activity. ENGINE focuses at the district level, using a broad-based approach that works with district councils, private sector associations, business development service providers, financial institutions, and micro, small and medium enterprises. The program’s activities are divided into three main components: Implement policies for growth. Build the capacity of the private sector to effectively engage with LGAs through public/private dialogue (PPD) to set the policy reform agenda and improve the capacity of the public sector to implement policies that strengthen the business enabling environment, leading to business viability, growth and investment. Equip businesses for growth. Strengthen SME capacity and foster the growth and capacity of a sustainable market for business development services (BDS) in Tanzania. Access to finance for growth. Broaden access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly women and youth entrepreneurs and those working within agricultural value chains, to facilitate increased investment and growth. Objective of the Assignment To provide evidence based advice and guidance to the Component 1 team and others on the ongoing Local Government Authority policy reforms with the view of enhance the effectiveness of ENGINE support to the competitiveness of the private sector in business. Tasks

<li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">Liaise between ENGINE and PORALG to ensure that management/administrative procedures, processes, systems, etc. at district LGA level are capable of supporting an alignment with national policies to enhance the business enabling environment.</li>
<li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">Communicate LGA policy and management/administrative reform experience between Morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya and Zanzibar.</li>
<li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">Serve as an internal liaison within the ENGINE Program to coordinate the alignment of Components 1, 2 & 3, linking a strengthened business enabling environment to the expansion of BDS provision and SME access to finance.</li>

<li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">In collaboration with the Policy Analyst, liaise with research and advocacy partners to develop policy reform lessons learned and transfer the same to district-level LGAs, business councils and apex private sector organizations in order to strengthen the local business enabling environment.</li>

 The LG Analyst reports to the Component 1 Lead and shall:

 Required Qualifications
