Description General Profile and Background Since 2003, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria has supported the United Republic of Tanzania through a portfolio of 16 grants funding health programs in the mainland and with a separate portfolio in Zanzibar. Three Principal Recipients manage grant funds: Ministry of Finance and Planning on behalf of the Government of Tanzania, Save the Children and Population Services International as civil society organizations engaged in the health sector community work. The Tanzania National Coordinating Mechanism (TNCM), housed under the Prime Minister's Office, is the governance body overseeing the portfolio. The Tanzania National Coordinating Mechanism is in the process of recruiting full time Finance Officer to manage and provide Financial and Accounting support to the TNCM Secretariat The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will ensure a collaborative, client-focused and quality approach in carrying out the Monitoring & Evaluation activities. He/She will ensure that comprehensive quarterly Global Fund reports /dashboards are received from •PRs and submitted on time to the Oversight Committee, and undertake preliminary analysis of programmatic and financial information on grant performance. . The successful candidate will maintain consistent Monitoring & Evaluation performance standards and expresses Global Fund and Government of Tanzania core values of integrity and professionalism in carrying out assigned functions in order to contribute to the improved fulfillment of The Tanzania Grant objectives. JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Responsible to: TNCM Executive Secretary Supervises: None Location: Prime Minister's Office - TNCM Secretariat (TACAIDS Building) KEY FUNCTIONS Supporting oversight of grant implementation: • Assist in collecting relevant information on in-country grant performance from PRs, the Global Fund and other information I sources, and undertake preliminary analysis of programmatic and financial information on grant performance. • Ensure, with assistance from the PR manager or dashboard coordinator, that PRs submit quarterly grant performance reports/dashboard Excel files to the Oversight Committee within agreed timeframe. • Provide logistic and administrative support to Oversight Committee (e.g. taking minutes of Oversight Committee meetings, drafting letters on its behalf, finding appropriate venue for meetings, etc.) • Organize meetings between Oversight Committee and PR as requested by Committee Chair or Secretary. • Provide administrative and logistic support to any Task Force set up to deal with specific technical aspects of oversight (e.g. procurement) or proposal development. • Facilitate the investigation of specific M&E issues that arise. Obtain further clarification or explanation from PRs or external technical experts. • Assist in coordinating TNCM field visit activities and development of field visit guidelines, identifying field visit sites, making appointments and assisting in the provision of logistical support. • Assist in orientation of new TNCM members, PRs/LSRs and Oversight Committee members to the TNCM oversight process. • Assist the PRs to identify and address any capacity concerns related to M&E (i.e., mobilizing support and assistance to strengthen capacities, identifying technical support) • Facilitate the provision of technical assistance to the PR, when necessary and as directed by the TNCM. • Work in consultation with the TNCM oversight committee to ensure that a TNCM oversight work plan and budget are developed and incorporated as part of annual TNCM work plan. Maintain and manage the dashboard tool at TNCM Secretariat • Customize the dashboard file for each grant agreement and send to each PrO • Collect dashboard Excel Files from PRs at the end of each reporting period as agreed between the TNCM and PRs (quarterly). • Check data entries made by PRs to ensure consistency with current PUDR completeness and coherence. Follow-up with PR for missing or inconsistent data. • Submit on time PRs' report/dash board flies to Oversight Committee for review. Identify issues, problems, and bottlenecks that require the Oversight Committee's attention • Assist Oversight Committee meetings to ensure correct use and interpretation of dashboard tool. Enter the Committee's decisions (comments and recommendations) into the dashboard file. • Assist in summarizing the Oversight Committee's key recommendations for PR action. • Collect PRs' responses to Oversight Committee questions, comments and recommendations on the grant performance report/dashboard and provide them to Oversight Committee. • Save copies and back-up the dashboard file after its review by Oversight Committee. • Ensure that TNCM members receive a copy of the dashboard file at least two days before the TNCM meeting. • Record TNCM decisions into the Action Page of each dashboard. Obtain TNCM agreement that the dashboard report is final, and save the final dashboard (in an archive PDF file). Send a copy to the PRo • Assist the Oversight Committee to orient new TNCM members and new PRs on dashboard tools and processes. Supporting harmonization: • Obtain and update TNCM with important information to. support harmonization endeavors and the inclusion of Global Fund activities in national results. • Support the TNCM Executive Secretary to mobilize resources for the operations of TNCM including preparation activity and financial reports for submission to specific donors. Supporting proposal development, grant renewals and grant closure • Facilitate all programmatic aspects of proposal development process, grant renewals and grant closures, in accordance with GF modalities, procedures and guidelines. Supporting documentation and communication: • Provide advice on the availability of and, where appropriate, repackaging information on Global Fund rules, regulations and guidelines, and in-country program activities and performance for TNCM members and development partner. • Put in place a filing system (physical and electronic) of all TNCM key oversight committee and related documents. • Share key evaluation studies whose findings relate to the Global Fund grants (national program mid-term reviews, on-site data verifications feedback from LFA, etc.) • Identify successes, best practices, lessons learned, and make recommendations as to how these can be adopted across implementers/grants. • Assist in updating and maintenance of an interactive web site for the TNCM. Background of Totohealth Tanzania Ltd. Totohealth is a social enterprise based in Moshi town, Kilimanjaro Region. Totohealth aims to contribute towards reachingTanzania’s national vision of ending preventable maternal and child deaths by 2035. We offer a set of services available over the span of pregnancy, delivery and up to 5 years of a child’s life. Our package of solutions include (1) information, education and communication (IEC) through a interactive text messaging platform, (2) lifesaving products including a comprehensive Clean Delivery Kit (CDK) to be used at delivery, and (3) Newborn Survival Pack (NSP) with applicable supplies for the mother and for newborn survival for first month of life. All these services are implemented in partnership with local District Government Departments, organisations& NGOs with mothers as clients. Our goals is to support Community Health Workers (CHWs) that are linked to these organisations to better provide IEC, continuum of care at household level, and get mothers to deliver with the help of a skilled birth attendant (at a health facility), and have access to the products they need at health-facility and household level. 
 
Position description  The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will lead, administer and coordinate all of the internal operational activities of Totohealth Tanzania in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Board and management team. The COO will be responsible for the following functions: operations (& logistics), sales and stock. The COO will be part of the senior management team along with the Finance Manager, Business Development Officer & Country Manager. 
Responsibilities 
● Responsible and accountable for activities in term of operations, logistics, stock, warehousing, sales, and procurement. 
● Part of Senior Management Team, overseeing strategic input on all operations 
● Participate in the development and preparation of strategic plans and budgets based on goals and objectives 
● Setup clear business processes for each company unit (procurement, sales, stock etc) 
● Responsible for the development of systems, procedures and controls, to promote communication, control and adequate information flow, to improve management control of procurement, sales and stocks. 
● Lead procurement and importation of all key commodities and supplies required for products 
● Create and manage agreements with all suppliers 
● Develop CRM to manage all customer relationships in effective, efficient, transparent manner 
● Support Country Manager/BDO to network and partner with organizations and institutions to broaden Totohealth’s impact and outreach 
● Support Country Manager to conduct introductory meeting to regional, district government and implementing partners on Totohealth services 
● Create sales targets for Sales Representatives and supervise them in their strategic activities 
● Responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics, assembly and procurement tasks 
● Improve and document all business processes. Maintain a log of improvement areas and report solutions based on root cause analysis.

● Ensure all end-consumer site registration details are recorded & uploaded to central database 
● Judicious cost management to achieve business plan 
● Train and equip staff with efficient procedures for their work to be effective and efficient

● Experience with program implementation in maternal and child health or other health activities (preferred)  ● Experience in sales, marketing and procurement 
● Experience with working with regional and district authorities 
● Excellent interpersonal skills, including team work and individual excellence 
● Has managed a team of staff before 
● Experience in drafting budgets and executing activities as per planned budget/resource allocation 
● Excellent time management skills 
● Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in both English and Swahili (preferred) 
● Excellent networking skills 
● Strong computer literacy (excel, google drive, apps)

Ngalawa hotel & Resort most iconic 5* Resort in Zanzibar Island will be soon opening doors to discerning travelers all over the world, completely renovated with a brand new concept. I am now actively searching for passionate, enthusiastic and guest-focused team members at all levels to join the pre-opening team on this exciting journey We are thrilled to announce our search for the following position, 
We are urgently looking to filled the positions of Receptionist. If you know what it feels like to succeed and you can perform team of  leading 5* resort in central west coast of Zanzibar, you may be just the person we are looking for to work as a Team Member of  wining team, and will include key responsibilities such as: 
 Young, dynamic and highly motivated(Preferred age group between 22-26) 
 Experience working in a 5*Resort or Hotel environment 
 Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence. 
 Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests 
 Check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed. 
 You must be able to greet & welcome all guests to the resort in correct standard 
 Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment 
 Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way 
 Respond to each Guest who approaches the Reception Desk 
 Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities 
 Excellent command of written and spoken English. 
 
Require Skills Education, Qualifications & Experiences  
Diploma in Hospitality Management specialize in Front office  with a minimum of Three Years experiences in a similar role must, preferable previous experiences in the 5* beach resorts or city hotels will be  advantage, knowledge of computer would be advantage, previous experience in PMS(Front desk) required for this role. 
We are preferred young pleasant looking Female but male applicants also encourage to apply..
